发电 is the charge for electricity used in your home or business. Your electricity is bought or generated by your 社区 Choice Aggregator (CCA). The 发电 charge from your CCA is included on your 西班牙&E法案.
Two CCA providers serve customers within 西班牙&E’s service territory: Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) and San Diego 社区 Power (SDCP). Your CCA is listed under 发电 in 我的账户 and the mobile app.
